A Legal Recruitment Firm in Need of An easy to use Platform to Automate their Entire Hiring Pipeline.
CounselHive Recruitment Limited is a specialised legal recruitment and consultancy firm established to meet the evolving human capital needs of law firms, corporate legal departments, government institutions, and legal service providers across Nigeria. With over 10 years of legal industry experience and 30+ law firm partners globally, they operate at the intersection of legal expertise and talent strategy. What they needed was not just a standard recruitment website. They needed a fully functional recruitment platform, one that could manage the entire hiring pipeline digitally, from job posting to final placement.
"What made this project technically distinct was the dual-dashboard architecture. Two separate user experiences needed to work in parallel, one for the employer (CounselHive's recruitment team) and one for the applicant (legal professionals seeking roles). Each dashboard needed its own logic, its own permissions, and its own workflow. And every action taken on one side needed to trigger an automatic response on the other via email notifications that kept both parties informed at every stage of the pipeline."

Before any design or development began, we mapped the full operational reality of CounselHive's recruitment process, how they source candidates, how vacancies are created, how applications are reviewed, how interviews are scheduled, and how both recruiters and candidates currently experience the pipeline. Every workflow in the platform traces back to decisions made in this meeting.

Content & Layout Strategy
The platform needed to serve two entirely different users at the same time, a recruitment professional managing a pipeline and a legal professional managing a job search. The content and layout strategy was built around both: what does the homepage communicate to a first-time candidate? What does the vacancies page need to show to convert a browsing lawyer into an applicant?

Full Web Development & SEO
The complete platform was built: a creative, professional public-facing website positioning CounselHive as a premium legal recruitment brand; a job listing and search system with location and experience filters; a dual-dashboard system; employer side for posting, reviewing, assessing, scheduling, and shortlisting; applicant side for registering, applying, tracking, and receiving updates.

Testing & Launch
Before going live, every system was tested end-to-end, the registration flow for both employer and applicant, the job posting and application pipeline, every automatic email notification trigger, the search and filter functionality, the dashboard interactions, and the full mobile experience. The platform launched fully operational, with active vacancies already posted, candidates able to register and apply from day one, and the recruitment pipeline ready to run.
